Service · HubSpot Migration
From your old CRM to HubSpot — without data chaos.
I migrate your contacts, deals and historical data cleanly, deduplicated and structured — so your team can work in the new system the moment you go live.
What I deliver
Migration with no nasty surprises.
Data audit & mapping
I analyze your source data — properties, objects, relationships — and design the target model in HubSpot. No surprises after the import.
Clean-up before the import
Merge duplicates, clear out stale fields, normalize inconsistent values. Dirty data doesn't move into the new system.
Step-by-step migration
First staging, then validation, then production. With a rollback option — so a mistake never means downtime.
Sign-off & handover
Spot checks, completeness check, documented decisions. The team takes over a system it understands.
Typical starting points
When a clean migration is critical.
Switching from Salesforce or Pipedrive
Historical deals, contacts and activities have to be carried over in a structured way — without data loss and without weeks of manual rework.
Mergers & consolidation
Several CRM instances end up in one account. The data model has to be right from the start, so reporting doesn't lie all over again.
Excel / Sheets as a “CRM”
When a company outgrows spreadsheets, the first import is the most important one. I make sure it's the last manual export you ever do.
HubSpot restructuring
Sometimes the goal isn't a new system but a tidy one: reorganize properties, consolidate objects, delete legacy clutter.
Common questions
HubSpot migration — answered briefly.
How long does a HubSpot migration take?
Depending on data volume and the number of source systems, typically two to six weeks — including audit, mapping, staging import, validation and go-live. You get a realistic timeline after the data audit, not a guess before it.
Will we lose data during the migration?
No. A full audit with field mapping comes before any import, followed by a staging import, spot checks and completeness validation. The production import has a rollback plan — a mistake never means lost data.
Can the team keep working during the migration?
Yes. The migration runs in stages alongside day-to-day business: staging first, then validation, then a planned cutover. There is no weeks-long system freeze.
Which systems do you migrate from?
Most often Salesforce, Pipedrive and Excel/Google Sheets. Other CRMs and custom-built systems work via export or API — what matters is the data model, not the logo of the legacy system.
