Service · RevOps for Startups
Marketing, Sales, Service — finally one data foundation.
I build the RevOps foundation so your team stops pulling numbers from three different sources — and starts making decisions on data it can trust.
What RevOps actually means
Not a concept. A working foundation.
One object model for every team
Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket — clearly defined, consistently filled. No property sprawl, no manual handoffs between departments.
Lifecycle stages that maintain themselves
Automatic stage changes based on clear criteria — instead of manual discipline that collapses after three weeks.
Dashboards the team trusts
MQL, SQL, win rate, churn — from one source, not three sheets. I build dashboards your team uses every day.
Lead routing and handoff logic
When a lead moves from Marketing to Sales, how deals escalate, how CS gets notified — as reliable automation, not an email chain.
How I work
From diagnosis to a running foundation.
GTM audit
How do Marketing, Sales and Service work together today? Where do friction, data loss and blind spots in the funnel come from?
Model design
Designing objects, properties, lifecycle stages and pipelines so they mirror your real processes — and scale.
Implementation
Setup in HubSpot: workflows, scoring, routing, dashboards. Step by step, with the team, not over their heads.
Handover
Documentation, training, clear owners. The goal is independence — no permanent consultant lock-in.
Common questions
RevOps for startups — answered briefly.
When does RevOps start to pay off for a startup?
At the latest when marketing, sales and service report different numbers, or reporting is stitched together from several sheets. The earlier the data model is in place, the cheaper it is — cleaning up later costs a multiple.
Do we need our own RevOps team for this?
No. I build the foundation — object model, lifecycle, routing, dashboards — and hand it over to your existing team with documentation and clear owners. The goal is independence, not permanent consultant lock-in.
How quickly will we see results?
The GTM audit gives you a clear picture of where data and processes break within one to two weeks. First reliable dashboards are usually live after four to eight weeks, depending on the setup.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Remotely across the DACH region and the Gulf; in Berlin also on site. We work in short, regular sessions with your team — not as a black-box project.
